When it opens, anyone may send a listing for the directory (a person or a project) or a notice for the noticeboard (an offer or an ask: information, help or collaboration) by email. A person reads each one before it appears. There is no sign-up, no posting and no comments, and nothing is sold.

The address will be on this page when the noticeboard opens.
